Autonomy vide GR no: GTI-1092/75590/(2208)/TE-2, dated 18th May 1992. - The examination committee has been established as per the requirements for autonomous
institutes vide above GR. GIT-1092/75590/(2208)/TE-2, dated 14th Sept 1992.
The Examination Cell performs following activities:
- To help maintain Liaison between different departments in respect of registration and conduct of examination.
- Course registration.
- Examination Registration
- To arrange for the conduct of Tests, Theory and Practical examinations.
- Issue hall tickets.
- To declare the result of examination and issue Mark-sheets.
- To award the diploma certificates to successful candidates.
- To issue Equivalence Certificates, Provisional Diploma Certificate, Migration Certificate, Verification
Certificate, Transcript etc.
COE’s Desk :-Examination Department of Government Polytechnic Kolhapur is maintaining complete confidentiality in the examination process. The Registration and all types offees are deposited by Online process in MIS login of Institute Website. The result is declared on institute Website. Recently We have started Online paper setting and moderation process for internal as well as external examiners.
